3 minutes of Interval training in the morning, 40 seconds (lol) later on at mid-morning.

Will do more before the day is done :)

1 hr training.....I thought yesterday was bad MY GOD. She nearly killed me 2day...yesterday I nearly chucked but today was more hardcore...he he its bad as she's so nice, but evil at the same time! Ahh well all good, am happy 2 be home and resting! :D

not a great effort - does anyone else lose energy and find exercise more difficult just before ttotm?

ummmm yep, that was me towards the end of last week..but, I'm all back to normal now :oops: :P

oh btw, an effort is better than NO effort at all..just remember that Hun :wink: :D
