Today I have managed a 45 min walk on the Treadmill..bit annoyed as the Kidlet's were playing up too much :roll: so couldn't do my extra 15 mins to make it a full hour...will have to get back on after tea now :roll: :? :x

30 mins fast walking down isles at shops during lunch break!!!!

hey michelle when i read about your aisle walking it made me remember that i saw not too long ago that there are fitness groups that actually walk around shopping centres. they meet up and they have special shirts and things that they wear and they spend a few hours walking up and down shopping centres to lose weight. unreal!

5 minutes of continous interval training; a new record for me!!! Yay for walking/running on the spot in front of my computer :D
