5 minutes stretching exercises
5 minutes strength training
10 minutes meditation

Will walk down to Salamanca and back today - need to visit the fresh Fruit and Veg market for a few small things so i figured I walk rather than take the car, ended up around 7000 steps + (not sure how accurate didn't check it often). Walked around town with a friend all day then got driven home.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

600 abswing swings
220 dumbell lifts
50 squats
