I did a 1 hour walk + jog on the Treadmill @ 4.45 am this morning :shock: ....I couldn't sleep LOL..

15 mins on the Swiss Ball

and then...

DH + I took the Kidlet's to Kindergym for their exercise LOL..I love running around chasing after them and getting to play on the equipment myself PMSL :P soooooo much fun to be had!! :D
