1 hour of badminton
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

600 abswing swings (15minutes)
360 dumbell reps. (15 minutes)

Tanya, belly dancing? now ya know you're gonna have to tell us all about that one :D
Do you go to a class to belly dance or do you work to a dvd?
I can certainly contribute the belly :shock:

lol, nah I just got a book out the library. It has heaps of pics ( shows you what to do step by step) and cd wiht belly dancing music on it to do your practice. It's not as easy as I thought!
