Will walk down to Woolies and get the bloke some toasted muesli (not the stuff i eat) - he'd run out - and some toothpaste.

1 hour walking dog
600 abswing crunches (15 minutes)
30 swats with weights
400 dumbell reps (15 minutes)
20 side sit-ups

Day 3 of working around our Parrots (140 Aviaries) from about 8.30am to 7pm

I can feel some muscles in my arms, back and legs protesting about all the extra work. :wink: :lol:

Have to make sure I'm in bed by 9.30 or I can't manage, I used to do all this and have energy to spare 10 years ago.

I must be getting older. :wink: :shock:

I walked about 5 kms today, easy. My legs have had it.
