Yep, I am soooo good. I went back to the gym tonight and did...

30mins Treadmill (3kms)
20mins bike
10 mins rowing machine.

Why is it after I do a cardio workout I want to be sick. Same as yesterday I felt so like throwing up after I got home from the gym.

Hi Vanessa - I get nauseous when I exercise too much. Can't tell you the physiology about it, but extreme physical exertion brings it on. Hard to push through, that's for sure. I've trained with loads of people who have had to dash out of the room for a chuck :P

Otherwise - you sure you're not 'with child'?

PS I hour TKD - good, hard class... my hands are still trembling from the exertion.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

30 mins exercise bike

vanessa - the trainer used to tell me that it can have something to do with not eating enough (or the right things) but also to do with how hard you're working and getting your breathing right. i've never chucked myself but have definitely felt ill a couple of times when working out when i've pushed myself hard. the advice i got was to have a rest for a bit, sit down & really focus on your breathing and get outside for fresh air if you can. seemed to work.
