Walking down town to see the nice men in blue to get a conviction check for some jobs I'm applying for. Might meet up with the bloke for his lunch break and then walk back home.
10000 steps and I beat the bus (grumble grumble, Tasmanian public transport, grumble)
I figure walking is less stressful on my poor knees and ankles than running, and I find I can fit it in to my daily routine better than the strereotypical "exercise" like situps etc.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
