No real exercise today :(

It was my graduation so we were there for the moring, and then we had lunch with family, then we showed my sister around the bloke's work (ABC) by which time it was 3 and I was tired and my feet were sore from the high heels.

But I will be back on track tomorrow and I was good enough to avoid all the badness at the graduation (cake, scones with jam and cream, bikkies, more cake... didn't have any)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)

Well done on the will power at your graduation lunch , i know it can be hard, my husband's 21st was a couple of weeks ago and I bought him the most yummo foods to have at his party, especially the cake (chocolate and I bought 2 cos I thought his guests would be hungry and there ended up being a cake and 3 pieces of the first one left in the fridge that took my hubby forever in a day to finish! :!: )

Even though I've reached my goal weight I'm eating pretty much the same and exercising the same to maintain my weight. Today I did: Yoga 25min
Walk/Run: 30 min
Lisa Dow's A.B video:40 min approx

I burnt a mega 1029 calories, even when I burn this much calories I still stay the same weight.
