Well done on the will power at your graduation lunch , i know it can be hard, my husband's 21st was a couple of weeks ago and I bought him the most yummo foods to have at his party, especially the cake (chocolate and I bought 2 cos I thought his guests would be hungry and there ended up being a cake and 3 pieces of the first one left in the fridge that took my hubby forever in a day to finish!
Even though I've reached my goal weight I'm eating pretty much the same and exercising the same to maintain my weight. Today I did: Yoga 25min
Walk/Run: 30 min
