Well after working 1 am => 7am this morning, I came home and did the following...

1 hour Walk on Treadmill (and that's painful when you've got Shin splints :shock: :cry: )

40 mins Swiss Ball (using my new 3 kg Dumbells :shock: :D )

I don't know that I'll do anymore exercise today..I'm soooo tired :(

bringing cows home - 15 min
finding the picket driver - 15 minutes
banging pickets 20 mins
dragging/cutting old wires - 60 minutes
placing new wires 30 minutes
cleaning up - 10 minutes
