Walking to and from the shops (30 mins) and also around the shops.

Went to play group break up party so ran around for 2 hours being a big kid and managed to stay away from the treats table set up for the kids ( my son made up for me though lol )

walked to uni and around, 6500 steps

played putt-putt golf for an hour or so after dinner

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

3 hrs walking around town and back
1 hr to the supermarket and back (walking)
