im losing track of the days!


10 mins warm up and streching

7.3km bike ride

10km bike ride

30 push ups
30 squats

10 mins weights

15 min window cleaning
20 min bike riding (would have been more but dh got a flat)
60 min walking (museum, shopping)
30 min mattocking out serrated tussock
15 min bringing cows back from next door again

tomorrows plan
120 min finishing the B****Y fence!
more with the mattock :lol:

Shaped a bit like an anchor, with a point on one side, and flattened on the other, with a long wooden handle (like an axe).

Good for swinging when you feel like murdering someone ........
