2 hours of walking around the shopping centre.

about 3 hours walking around town. approx 7000 steps
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

heh no prob, there's also a short guide there somewhere which outlines the type of exercise to do and such, it's quite a good guide and comes with a printable timetable to list the reps performed for the various moves.
