Exercise for today:

-50km bike ride outdoors (BRR almost froze, but at least I'm getting motivated to get back into training)

-stretching and planks (front and side)

10.3km bike ride

week 1 Day 1 Running cool Couch to 5k program... (20 mins interval running and 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down)
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg
