errggh, heels. I hate the damn things, avoid them whenever possible,

Worked all day in the market stall (I wonder how many steps I do back and forth accross the van all day) and had a short walk around the market. 20 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, 20 leg lifts (on each leg), 20 squats.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Remind me again Fay - how come you have so many parrots? Breeding to sell? Looking after injured wild birds? Bird sitting? Just love them?

So many parrots for so little time!

It was originally started by my husbands father with about 15 Aviaries in the back yard. They then purchased an ajoining block and built another 145 aviaries.

We breed and sell them to try and make a living. Sometimes it barely pays the bills but my husband loves the birds and I could never tell him that he had to find another job. He would never find another job at his age (52) anyway and how many people have a job they love these days?

It is only from October to the end of January that we are so busy because it breeding season, the rest of the year is a breeze.
