15 minute hill walk

10km bike ride

20 mins aerobic stretches

30 sit ups

30 squats

30 push ups


and another 6km bike ride this arvo

1 mile WATP dvd (1.6km)

.......eeezing back into it s.l.o.w.l.y........was a bit breathy at the end, but coughed up heaps of phlegm..... :wink:

i hope to do what is now formally known as my nutbush routine...

100 sit ups
2 x nutbush
2x macarena

i will up the dances laster but right now i can hardly move..

i also might go for a short walk.

Good on ya Ally! I love those dvds, are great!

I did 45 mins on the treddy today

And as I've just moved out of home (YAY) there is a contours around the corner of my house, went there today and sussed it out and liked what I seen!

So did a 45 min workout there....

Will be cutting back on my personal training to two times per week, and doing contours 3 times a week or so....keeps it interesting! :D
