10 tircep curls on each arm, 10 sit ups, 40 arm beats in the legs and torso raised position, 2 sets of swimming, back stretches, 10 pushups, 20 side leg lifts on each leg, and I think that's all
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
