hi

1. One hour power walk (in the morning)
2. 50 situps
3. 50 pushups
4. a half hour power walk in th evening

every second day

20 minute walk around botanical gardens.....

it is not until I did this that I realise how sick I have been and how much gunk I must still have to come up....I was out of breath, but not "lack of exercise" out of breath....just breathy from a slight incline.... :roll:

Wk1 Day 2 of Running Cool program:
60 secs running 90 secs walking for 20 mins plus 5 mins warm up and 5 mins cool down
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg
