no exercise for me today, not feeling too well (nothing serious)
got to go house hunting with daughter and future son-in-law, houses are way too expensive with small rooms.

no good to hear you're unwell Dolly, hope you feel better soon.

Just got back from an hour walk round the lower waterworks reserve. That plus the miscellaneous walking I've done today (washing, shopping, etc) is approx 10000 steps.

And I'll add to that 1/2 hour of cleaning the tent. It was hanging to dry anyway after the bloke's rainy weekend camping expedition and was due for a wash, at least the base anyway, I didn't clean the fly as I don't want to de-waterproof it.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
