50 push ups
50 sit ups
50 squats
50 lunges-25 lunges each side
10 minutes aerobic stretches

another bike ride this arvo - 10.3km

thanks for the encouragement kim :) its strange to be working out on a weekend but the way i see it is that its another day and another day of exercising helps me bring my weight down. i dont mind it.

does franky work out with you on the weekends?

10 minutes spreading it around tress
10 minutes weeding

I snorted with laughter when I read that, then felt bad. :roll: Nah Kate, Franky doesn't workout with me on the weekends or any other time. Now he is working from home he needs to get up and move more and he knows this but only he can do it.

I agree with the Saturday thing and now that I am doing weights during my lunch break twice a week I am not getting in the same amount of cardio so the weekends are good for that extra bit.

GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now
