11km bike ride

20 push ups (my arms are really sore today so i took it easy)
50 sit ups
50 squats
10 minutes aerobic stretches inlcuding some weight exercises
another 6km bike ride
i am aiming for an hour of workout a day

30mins Bike (16kms rolling hills high intensity)
40mins treadmill (4.12kms, 6.3kms/hr)
10mins rowing machine (1.6kms)

30 mins weights

45 min walk
didn't do much on the weekend I was recovering from doing weight's throughout the week
