haven't done much lately, trying to get into Uni... took the dog for a 20 minute walk tonight.

Ended up doing another 30 minute walk.

It's so good to own a dog. On the days you think you'll skip walking, they soon remind you to get out of that chair and get moving.

I went for a walk down at the local beach for something different. Wasn't as long as I had thought though. Only around 5000 steps.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
