Ok I'm thinking I should really do some exercise... now that my eating's on track... I'm going to do some stuff in my bedroom so noone can see me sweat.
Kate, a lot of your routine is looking good to me, I might just modify it a bit and take it on board. I'm going to write it down on a big piece of paper and start bright and early tomorrow

40 side leg raises
60 crunches
10 min stretch cool down
