20 minutes vacumming
1 hour shopping

I miss exercise!!! I think I will go to the gym tommoz... just a nice gentle workout...

Ok I'm thinking I should really do some exercise... now that my eating's on track... I'm going to do some stuff in my bedroom so noone can see me sweat.

Kate, a lot of your routine is looking good to me, I might just modify it a bit and take it on board. I'm going to write it down on a big piece of paper and start bright and early tomorrow :D I can't believe I'm actually excited about exercise hehe.

Madz's daily routine from now on

*pump the music LOUDER!!*

5 mins shake and stretch
40 squats
20 push ups
40 lunges
20 tricep dips
40 side leg raises
60 crunches
10 min stretch cool down
