9.5Km run / walk

50 crunches
50 kicks backs
50 squats
50 lunges

10 minutes aerobic stretching

15km bike ride

10km bike ride (25km all up today :P )

25min jogging on the treadmill at 7.5km/hr
30mins weights

20 min level 9 cross trainer
20 min bike
20 min treadmill
10 min rowing
2 x 20 tricep dips
3 x 20 pushup's
45 min weight training
3 x 20 medicine ball crunches
2 x 20 medicine ball overhead crunches
2 x 20 medicine ball woodchopp
3 x 15 dead cockroaches
10 min cool down

50 mins brisk walking....needed to be brisk as it was so cold and I wanted to keep warm!
