Probably won't get time to do any proper exercise today. I need to clean the house and pack so I'm all ready to just leave the bloke to pack the car and pick me up after work tomorrow.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

did 30 minutes on the treadmill.
wanted to go for a walk, but we came home late from the birthday party, and the kids went to bed.

Whipper-snipped the lawn....1.5 hours

Walked down the street.....30 mins

10 mins stretches, crunches, leg raises

30 min run

10 minutes of rugby drilling exercises
dumbell exercises
abcruch exercises
