12km bike ride

50 squats
50 push ups
50 crunches
50 kick backs
50 knee lifts
10 minutes aerobic stretching

probably do more bike later

well my walk with connor ended up lasting nearly 3 hours constantly (did some window shopping! :D) so Im spent for today I think!

Jogging and Walking that went a little something like this...

4 walk, 8 jog, 2 walk, 8 jog, 1 walk, 5 jog, 5 walk = 12 mins walking, 21 mins jogging
12 mins stretching
