The only exercise for me today is jaw exercises (eating) my family are coming over for dinner.

my exercise was grocery shopping and a walk around the corner to my parents place.

went for a walk, about 40 minutes. Did some dumbell exercises.

6000 steps at work (back and forth in the van) plus bending squatting lifting
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
