20km bike ride

30 push ups
30 lunges
50 crunches
50 squats
50 knee lifts
50 kick backs

10 min aerobic stretches

45 mins cardiosculpt class

I thought I was going into a full on cardio class but it ended up being:
15 mins intense cardio (got me sweating)
25 mins free weights (that hurt)
5 mins stretching

I played 40 min netball and 35 min shooting and practising at the park

so far two half an hour aerobics sessions on austar and one twenty minute walk.. I'm going to hopefully spend half an hour doing weights later whilst watching americas next top model and go for another walk..
