Curves - 30 mins
15 minute walk dog to park (will do a longer one tonight after work)

6km bike ride whilst blow drying my hair ;) will be back later to add more

14km bike ride additional to this mornings
50 squats
100 knee lifts
100 kick backs
50 push ups
30 lunges
50 crunches

additional 5km bike ride to warm up!

yay 25km all up today

Since I'm starting slowly on exercising. I did 15 minute walk with both dogs by myself.

30 minutes aerobics (on television), 20 minute walk and 15 minutes of stretching exercises..

Today I had lunch with a friend and walked their and back so not much exercise today.

15 mins walking, a nice break after yesterdays burn and yes I am sore from it....the workout yesterday not the walk today. :D

Boxing
10 min treadmill

It was excellent tonight I was kicking & punching into the trainer with the scrum bag I was a bit scared at first to hit him but I got the hang of it apparently I have a pretty mean punch & kick for a chick.

TKD class 1hr - hard class - only 4 students and 2 instructors - was like a one hour personal training pairs session! Cor blimey!!! :oops:

maybe? there were only 4 of us on Monday (but only one instructor) and that was a technical, not a physical class. Maybe they've forgotten - it was school hols for 2 weeks :)

ah ok then. i remember the last few lessons of heidi swimming in may we were the only ones who turned up cos everyone else was too cold lol
