20 sit ups, 2km on mum's exercise bike, 2000 steps after dinner walk with the bloke's sister and her dog (it was shorter than planned because Ralph hurt his leg on a stick)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
