6km bike ride whilst blow drying my hair :P

additional 14km bike ride

another 5 km bike ride this arvo- 25km today

50 squats
50crunches
10 mins aerobic stretches
50 push ups
100 knee lifts
100 kick backs
20 lunges

Rest Day for me...............reluctantly....

9 hours sleep last night
3 hours cat nap
4 hours watching aus star

Woohoo Vanessa isn't that the amount for the run you are doing? You're gonna blitz it!

10 mins warm up and stretching

jog/walk mins
8 jog, 2 walk, 8 jog, 2 walk, 5 jog

10 mins cool down and stretching

I was so wrapped with this as after my cardio sculpt class on Tues wasn't sure how the calf was gonna hold up. You little ripper it stayed good! Got to remember to get to that class early to stretch the legs properly.

Weights tomorrow!! Pump it baby pump it!

30 min walk on mum's treadmill....thanks mum! hehe went to her's today and she watched connor so I could walk :D

4km bike ride
1km walk (warm up/cool down)
stretching
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
