Chubbywife79 - incidental exercise counts. It's the best kind too.

Couldn't sleep this morning so decided to go for a walk. Boy was that a mistake. It was one of the coldest Brisbane winter morning on record. So my walk ended up being a 6k run :D

Thanks Kate. Loving it but the treadmill does get a bit boring and as river walk is basically upon my door step it's nice to get out there too. Fresh air really clears the cobwebs  .

I'm so excited my stepper machine and exercise bike should arrive next week. My little gym will be complete. Only down side though is no more eye candy lol
