20km bike ride

50 squats
100 kick backs
50 push ups
100 knee lifts
70 crunches
10 mins aerobic stretches

**** additional 10km bike ride this evening ****

Normally I would walk two dogs but one of the dogs didn't want to walk. She so lazy. So I walked Chloe the pup and we did 25 minutes.

When should I look at including situps and squats into my exercise routine. I don't want to over do it.

when you feel comfortable rochelle, just start off slow though with a small amount perhaps.

8 min Tae Bo warm up
5 min stretching

walk/jog mins outdoors
4 walk, 8 jog, 2 walk, 8 jog, 2 walk, 10 jog, 9 walk (weighted with shopping) = 17 mins walked, 26 mins jogged

5 mins stretching
