6km bike ride whilst blow drying my hair be back later to add more

14km bike ride
50 squats
30 push ups
50 kick backs
50 knee lifts
60 crunches

and 30min weights!

55 mins strength training including stretching

Did exactly what I planned to do only it was closer to 34kms rather than 35!
