Ankles have been a bit swollen from all the running around I've been doing with having a house guest, so I might only go for a 15 minute walk today.

Dumbell exercises x 20 minutes
Ab crunches x 125 reps (100 with tool, 25 without)
Abswing x 600 reps
Walking x 40 minutes

Went to a park and had bbq and ran after the kids for 30 mins . Then took them for a swim nearby but it was raining and the beach was really rocky so we played throwing rocks into the water while it was raining LOL so they still got wet

30 mins on mum's exercise bike (10km, 366 calories apparently)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
