30 min slowish walk with connor to the library (about to go :D)
30 min exercise dvvd (hopefully if the library has any, otherwise I think I have some old vids under the house somewhere :shock: ) lol

just got back :) Library didnt have any dvds so Ill be searching under the house tonight when connor is asleep I guess :roll: fun fun lol

hmmm. that's a pain about the library. did you get the free dvd with the slimming & health mag gracie? that's 2 x 10 min workouts. and 20 mins is an excellent start. i had a quick look at one of them and figure i might do the abs one before i go to work in the mornings (i have good intentions :lol: )

i also use a free weights routine that i got in another mag. i'm always on the lookout for free stuff!

10 jog/1 walk/8 jog/1 walk/10 jog = 28 mins jogging 2 mins walking

Extra walking = 12 mins
Stretching = 10 mins
