No exercise for me today again. My hand and ankle swelling has gone down but my left lung is still sore (leaving me tired)

Will walk around the shops . Have to do weekly shopping then buy new top for new years eve

Dumbell (30-40 minutes ... didnt really keep track)
Short walk (10 minutes)

9000 steps around town shopping and home from the corner (mum dropped me off on the way home)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
