Feeling much better today, ventured on a 20 minute walk with one of the dogs.

- 2 hour walk with my dog
- 40-50 minutes of dumbell
- Ab crucnches x 200

20km on mums exercise bike while watching Napoleon Dynamyte on DVD. 1 hr, 730 calories
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
