Jogging/walking mins
4 walk, 20 jog, 1 walk, 10 jog, 3 walk
= 30 mins jogging, 8 mins walking

6 mins walking to and from gym
12 mins or there abouts of stretching

Did a 1km walk/sprint on the treadmill and varied the incline up to 15 and then down again.

Will be heading off to the gym later to do some more cardio and my lower body work.
I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!

30 mins brisk walking with the pooch and not, one, not two, but three poo stops!!!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
