Wow nearly the end of the year. I think I'll do a few dumbell lifts then walk to the shops with my shopping trolly.

Backyard cricket match at a get-together bbq of the bloke's college friends'. I scored the only 6 and dismissed the bloke by bowling him the ball that he hit over the fence and out. My two dismissals were run out (first innings) and clean bowled on a golden duck by the bloke (second innings)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
