Got blisters from walking yesterday (didn't wear socks :P) so didnt go out

- Dumbell exercises ~ about 20-30 minutes
- Ab exercises ~ about 10 minutes

walking around the bloke's parent's property helping to maneuver the bloke's new acquisition - a spare parts car for the race car. Spent most of the day driving back to hobart.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
