15 min run
30 squats
30 lunges
50 knee lifts running backwards
30 kick backs

(went to the oval this morning to take heidi for a run, figured id get my exercise in and also she can run feral and its safe enough for her to run around)

additional 5km bike ride (the pedal strap on my bike broke so tried to fix it with electrical tape :P )
