6000 steps today walking round the taste of tasmania and doing the shopping and carrying it all back to the car (we'd parked at the bloke's work). Then there was the Woolies shopping which included carrying about 6 litres of fluid (various juices, cordial, listerine etc) up 2 flights of stairs.
40 situps, 10 pushups, 20 side leg lifts (10 each leg), back stretches, 10 squats

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
