went up to the oval but it was closed as the man was painting the lines on the oval for the soccer games on the weekend.

went for a 20 minute walk
did 35km bike ride instead of 20

35 minute walk around lake during lunch time (been slack as it has been toooooo cold and wet to get out of bed in the morning to go to the gym!!!!!)

50 tricep dips
50 push ups

100 sit ups
50 lunges
