45km / Time 02:38:00 / HR Avg 157*note…performance range! / HR Max 195 *note…Big & Long Hills!
Conditions:
Harsh country roads/plenty of Big Hills!/Medium cross & head winds…some tail wind(bugger all) / Traffic Medium to High. EXTRA CONDITION……7.6kg of weight on my back!!! (backpack and contents)

1 hour of weight training/4 exercises for Chest and back...4 Set...15 rep warmups...12 heavy building reps...finsished with 4 set & 12 reps of squats...Heavy session.
