Might have to go for a walk this evening. We both slept in to 11 without realising it today (must have needed it) and have a wedding to do to this arvo.

On second thoughts I don't think I will today. I need to do some homework for this job interview

Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

This morning I did 40 mins of step aerobics. Decided to try something different and the old boy had made this step in the garage so thought I would do that. So whacked a cd into the car and went for it. I quite enjoyed it actually. Didnt realise I had done 40 mins until I finished and thought wow that was great. Then did some sit ups for a short time cos I was pretty buggered. Might go for a 25 min walk shortly to make up for the potato salad I ate at lunch time!

I'm going to go for a walk today, the full waterworks circuit which I think is around 1000 steps. Make up for yesterday.

Whoops, that should have been in Tuesday's
