50 Minute Walk with my imaginary dog!
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

2.4km walk- went to pops to do his house cleaning, i couldve sworn that his house was further than my mums place but i guess with the different hills it really didnt make a difference in terms of Km's.

10 mins kickboxing workout

70 mins lawn mowing

only did one 10 min workout from my dvd today as i did the lawns in lieu of the other two.

Hey Kate, with all this incidental walking the weight will start to fall off - the silver lining of not having a car, you have to walk everywhere.



Anyhow....My exercise for today:

This morning :arrow: 6k run

This evening :arrow: 30 minutes walking on treadmill and an exercise DVD.

10kms or 40mins on my new bike....hell of a lot harder than the exercise bikes at the gym even on rolling hills!!

60mins walking with jogging up insanely huge sets of stairs! That got the legs burning!!!! I probably wont be able to walk tomorrow, lol.
100 sit ups
120 reps of arm resistance exercises
