I've got a pedometer, you just have to make sure they're counting accurately from time to time. And where you put them on your belt matters. Make sure you check it fairly regularly, otherwise you might find it only counts every 3-4 steps or adds them on
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
