Went for that half hour walk yesterday arvo but haven't done anything yet today. Was raining this morning so stayed in bed. Intend on going this arvo for an hour tho. Calves are sore from yesterday's stepping. Have done some tidying up inside and been painting the skirtings yet again!!! Will do a short amount of stepping in garage again to warm up the calves. Fingers crossed that I get off my bum and do it!! Thinking of what I have to put in tomorrow on here will make me do it I think!

I've got a pedometer, you just have to make sure they're counting accurately from time to time. And where you put them on your belt matters. Make sure you check it fairly regularly, otherwise you might find it only counts every 3-4 steps or adds them on
