3km walk

(walked to mums and on the way home i was half way home and then realised heidi had dropped her $12 drink bottle on the way so i retraced all my steps but to no avail)

:( :( :( :( :( i am so mad at myself.. id didnt do exercis today! I have been waiting all day for the lock smith and he didnt show so id didnt go for my usual walk with the kids. all i did all day was clean! :( :(

I did my 5.5km walk home. I have also started wearing 10cm heels (going from flats). I think it is doing some work. Can definitely feel it in my thighs and bum :)
