42 mins weight training
8 min warm up
15 mins stretching


20 mins jogging
20 mins walking
12 mins stretching

Only managed 20 mins jogging today as calves got sore and thought they were gonna 'pop'.

2.5 km walk

10 mins yoga
10 mins kick boxing
10 mins boot camp
10 mins ballet

(bit extra today because i am feeling really sore and want to get a good stretch happening)

I was slack this morning and slept in so no run in the morning.

This afternoon I am going to go for a long run along the river up to Kangaroo Point Cliffs =12ks and then walk back.

In total will have done 24ks :D

45 min Body Combat class (class started 15 mins late because of microphone issues so he had to still end it on time, grr :( :( :( )

I'm always amazed at how much you people exercise. No wonder you've all lost so much weight.

For me only...

- 30 mins circuit

- 20mins pilates

25 mins walk with the pooch
another 30 mins walking doing some errands
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
